Our fees are competitive and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of Service required:

Service Checklist:

• Inspection of Property to access rental potential
• Advertising and marketing of Property
• Carry out viewings of your Property with potential clients
• Tenant screening and selection
• Preparation of documents including Letting Agreement and PRTB form
• Transfer of utilities namely ESB and Gas
• Transfer of funds and documents to Landlord including setting up of standing order where necessary

We can also complete an inventory on your Property at an additional cost.

RATES NEGOTIABLE.

Management

Our MANAGEMENT SERVICE is for those owners who do not wish to deal with day to day issues which arise with rental properties.

Service Checklist:

• Inspection of Property to access rental potential
• Advertising and marketing of Property
• Carry out viewings of your Property with potential clients
• Tenant screening and selection
• Preparation of documents including Letting Agreement and PRTB form
• Transfer of utilities namely ESB and Gas
• Transfer of funds and documents to Landlord including setting up of standing order where necessary
• Weekly / Monthly rent collection and transfer
• Organising of repairs and maintenance (from our approved contractor list)
• Key holding
• Property inspection
• On completion of tenancy we will inspect Property, have it cleaned where necessary and return deposit where appropriate
